"The Art of Bodybuilding"

Bodybuilding is the most extensive art of training the body that has yet been devised.

Some people mistakenly think that bodybuilding is just lifting weights, that is not true, although lifting weights is one of the central pillars of the sport.

But there are others, in addition to lifting weights, bodybuilding also includes diet and nutrition, stretching, aerobic and CV workout and several other topics.

These various aspects come together to create a dynamic effect on the body that makes the body look excellent.

"Building a Better Body"

That leaves quite a bit of room for personal interpretation, for you a better body may mean losing a couple of inches of fat off of your waist and adding an inch or two to your arms, for another person it may be something different. The key is to improve your body to suit your goals and the vision you have for your physique.

One of the basic goals of bodybuilding is to build more masculinity and decrease body fat. The more muscle you add the less fat you carry on your body and the better you will look.
